Agency Karsh/Hagan wanted an animated winter wonderland in this :30 broadcast spot to introduce the Colorado Lottery’s new line of scratch-off games. We had a lot of fun animating Winnie, Scratchy, and Lucky, characters who already existed from the lottery’s prior print materials.
